I make both physical and digital collages using magazines, scissors, glue, tape, the Procreate app on my iPad, and a scanner.

I usually find a color combination that I like, and then search through what I have to find pieces that fit. Two great lessons I have been learning from collaging are to embrace restraints and let go of perfection. It’s definitely important to follow the creative flow, but limiting the number of resources I work with and not overthinking the process often inspires me to find creative solutions (which is half the fun of hobbies, imo).
